The provider register — Link to section
A subprocessor is a service provider engaged to process personal data on a processor’s behalf. An open-source software dependency is not automatically a subprocessor. Only confirmed service relationships belong in this register; no vendor or processing region is inferred from a package name or a deployment example.

| The provider register is being confirmed. An empty register here does not mean that Kasai Cloud operates without service providers. Provider identities, purposes, data categories and processing locations must be confirmed before this register can be relied on for a business deployment. | ||||
Provider safeguards and changes — Link to section
Where providers process personal data, the applicable relationship must define the purpose, confidentiality, security obligations and any transfer safeguards. For business processing, the agreed DPA must set the authorisation procedure, advance change notification and a meaningful opportunity to object on data-protection grounds. The current empty register is not a blanket authorisation for unidentified providers.
