How concerns are investigated — Link to section
Kasai Cloud may investigate reports, security signals and legal notices. This does not mean we proactively read every private file. Content access must be limited to authorised personnel and reasonably necessary purposes described in the Privacy and Security policies. We consider the available evidence, seriousness, context and risk before taking proportionate action.
Possible actions — Link to section
Depending on the circumstances, we may warn the user, restrict sharing, remove unlawful publicly shared material, suspend functionality, suspend an account or terminate it. We may preserve relevant information or report a matter when legally required. Urgent safety or security risks can require immediate action. Where safe and legally permitted, we explain the action and how to request review through the abuse contact.
Report abuse or request review — Link to section
Include the relevant public link or identifier, a clear explanation, the rights or safety concern involved and a way to contact you. Do not send illegal material itself, unnecessary personal information, passwords or device credentials. For a copyright complaint, identify the work and why you are entitled to report it. Good-faith reports are assessed on their substance; a report is not proof of wrongdoing. For an immediate threat to life, contact the appropriate emergency services.
